My fiance Shannon finally tracked down this super cool video game controller by Jakks Pacific. This item was shipped two per case (I believe) along with the Darth Vader version. This item retailed around $20 give or take and was released shortly after the theatrical release of Star Wars Revenge of the Sith in 2005. The official Star Wars website has a nice article on these along with some screen shots of what the actual video games included within look like.
