It's a Mexican bootleg cast from the vintage figure. I'm not sure why it has those goofy spaces between the legs and the body. I'm 90% sure it's from the 80's. I've seen at least one other cast in white. Parts of the dome and all of the sticker detail have been hand carved into the piece that the mold was cast from. It's cast in a hard plastic and as you can see the hollow spaced inside the body has been filled in The figure is completely unarticulated.
