Celebration Europe R2-D2 Medallion
Posted by Dustin on December 4, 2007

Celebration Europe also had twelve collectible "medallions" randomly given out during the collecting panels. Above is the R2-D2 medallion. Special thanks to Gus Lopez for picking one up for R2D2Central.com! If you have one, two or all twelve, I highly suggest these nice acrylic display cases made by our good friends at Rebelscum.com.

From Rebelscum.com:
"Rebelscum reader Joe Macudzinski writes in to alert variation hunters of a purple-hued blast effect he found of R2-D2 while searching for new figures. Although Joe found 4 like this, there's no word if this is an intentional change, or an error similar to the Holographic Obi-Wan Kenobi from last year."
