Probably the most mundane of all the proof cards, this R2-D2 Switcheroo proof card offers little in the way of design or graphics. As a matter of fact, save for the blue background and relatively small text reading "R2-D2 Switcheroo" in the upper right hand corner, you can barely tell this is an R2 collectible at all. Even the back of the card shows the kid playing with the gold droid instead of our lovable hero - blasphemy!! Packaged pieces however, are a different matter, as the large blister design Kenner chose for this item clearly show off the replaceable R2 switch cover. At least one proof of each of the Switcheroo characters is known to exist.
